Due to ongoing technical issues with our online booking system, we are not consistently receiving all online appointment requests. To ensure a smooth booking process, please follow these 2 steps below so that we connect with you quickly:
- 1st Call Our Number: Dial (945) 346-0054. If you don't get an answer we are in session. Then please call our pager number (972) 229-1630 and enter your 10-digit phone number followed by the pound key. For accuracy, please perform this step twice to assure your full phone went though. A therapist will get right back to you.
- Necessary procedures for reaching us effectively. Please scroll down past the online appointments and complete the 'Contact Us' form at the bottom of this page with your full registered name under your room number, cell number, hotel phone number, room number, and make sure to include the name registered under your room. Include the hotel name and address. This confirms your booking, and a therapist will contact you promptly through the hotel room. For international numbers, do the same. Please be in your room to receive the callback. If you are not in your room, the therapist will contact you on your cell phone, which may appear as a private number.
Important: All online bookings must be confirmed by phone. Even if you receive an email confirmation, your appointment online is not finalized until we confirm it via phone. Failure to confirm by phone may result in your appointment not being scheduled.
*Please avoid scheduling an appointment online. Instead, review our pricing and the VIP Spa Treatments there, and then follow steps 1 through 2.
Noteworthy: We always accept appointments during our business hours. If you contact us after hours, someone will get back to you promptly during our operating hours. Some customers have recently reported receiving inaccurate messages stating that we are not taking appointments, including one saying 'she is not working at this time.' These messages are not correct. Please follow the 2 steps above, and we will ensure you receive a prompt callback.
Please ensure you have cash on hand, as we are CASH ONLY. Note that some hotels may not have an ATM, or the available one might have limited cash or be out of order. We require client confirmation of cash payment before dispatching your therapist.
We are currently exclusively serving hotels in Dallas/DFW and the surrounding cities. Other cities we are servicing homes and hotels.
