Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients the following policies are honored.
48-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If there is no 48-hour advance notice when canceling a pre-booked appointment a $200 credit card non-refundable fee is required.
Customer's Lateness Policy
When the therapist has arrived at the customer's hotel and the customer is not at the hotel or is running late for whatever reason, the time the therapist has to wait that time will be counted from the massage time. For example, if the client is running 20 minutes late and he or she has ordered a 2-hour massage, then the remaining time the customer will receive is one hour and forty minutes. Please time accordingly.
Appointment Change Policy
If a client decides to change a scheduled two-hour massage to a one-hour session upon the therapist's arrival, the fee will be $250.00. Similarly, if the client has a 90-minute scheduled massage and wishes to change it to a one-hour session, the fee is $250.00. Our therapists operate on a percentage basis and are entitled to payment based on the agreed-upon price before their arrival.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: Fees for On-Site Cancellations
If the appointment is canceled by the customer after the therapist has arrived at the hotel or home, a fee of $200 cash or $225 via credit card will be charged.
When booking a hotel in-room massage, kindly provide the following information: the number of guests along with their first and last names, the physical address of the hotel including the main phone number, and the preferred date and time frame for the appointment.
